Bard MDL 2846

The next Bard bellwether trial has been delayed until October 2023. The Plaintiffs strongly opposed any movement of the trial. Unfortunately the plaintiff in the trial is likely to undergo an additional procedure, necessitating additional depositions, expert reports, and briefing. The judge did not believe there was adequate time to complete all of this prior to the May trial. Plaintiffs continue to prepare and refine their case in preparation for the October Bard hernia mesh trial.
